Fawkes Digital Marketing provides a comprehensive suite of cloud-based tools including CRM, web design, SEO, and marketing automation. By using these Services, you agree to comply with our acceptable use standards and legal requirements.
AI & Automation Disclosure
We utilize AI and automation to enhance efficiency and analysis. These tools are assistive resources, and final strategy remains subject to human oversight and standard industry best practices.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely account access
- Supply accurate content/logos
- Respond to drafts within reason
Financial & Billing Modalities
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Services may be paused until the account is current. We are not liable for performance loss during suspension.
Select legacy plans are exempt from future pricing adjustments as per their specific agreement.
Time-Based Billing Increments
Internal time tracking is utilized for resource planning and future pricing analysis without altering active deliverables.
Liability & Scope
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding any claim. Services are provided "as-is."
Scope Boundaries
Out-of-scope work requires separate approval and potentially additional fees.
Communication
Response time (acknowledgment) and Turnaround time (completion) are distinct metrics.
