To process your claim, your written notice must contain specific legal declarations and identifications to ensure the integrity of the enforcement action.
Detailed description of the copyrighted work and specific location/URL of the infringement.
Verification of ownership and a statement under penalty of perjury of your right to act.
Confirmation that the use is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law.
A physical or electronic signature of the authorized intellectual property representative.
Counter-Notice Procedure.
If you believe your material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notice. We protect our users' right to dispute erroneous claims under the U.S. Copyright Act.
Legal Warning: Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may result in legal liability and damages under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Copyright Act. Repeated infringement will result in account termination.
