Accuracy Statement

Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

02. Counter-Notification

If content was removed by mistake.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Where applicable, material may be restored after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed.
